“El extraño asesinato de un joven venezolano,
impulsa a su señor padre a realizar un
conjunto de acciones de protestas públicas e investigaciones personales, que lo
llevan inclusive a exponer su vida, para lograr una respuesta eficaz y
habilitar una nueva investigación que puede sacar a la luz a posibles autores
intelectuales, experimentando además, como víctima indirecta, por lo que tiene
que pasar un ciudadano en Venezuela que busca justicia y no la encuentra”.
Este documento sin muchos formalismos es para hablarles de un sueño por cumplir, el mismo consiste en poder realizar la película documental para cine y televisión, con elementos de ficción, cuyo título es: “Tras las Huellas de la Justicia”, la misma mostrará el vía crucis por el que ha pasado un ciudadano venezolano buscando justicia en su país Venezuela, y que seguramente es también el de muchos compatriotas venezolanos que han perdido un ser querido, - y en especial - , un hijo a manos del hampa y que luego nos encontramos con una justicia inepta, corrupta e irresponsable que pareciera que favorece a los malos en detrimento del ciudadano justo y honrado, y que además, poco a poco va minando las fuerzas de las víctimas indirectas quienes tarde o temprano abandonan el caso y terminan frustrados sin que nadie conozca de este mal que se sucede en nuestra república .
Para realizar esta película de setenta(70) minutos de duración me he propuesto reunir a buenos profesionales del cine venezolano: técnicos y talentos.
Se trata de una película que reflexiona sobre el mundo de la justicia, habla de la condición humana de las víctimas indirectas, del paso intencional del tiempo, de la lucha contra la adversidad de éstos, que da voz a las oprimidas y vejadas víctimas indirectas, en definitiva, muestra una realidad escondida desde un compromiso ético.
Por otro lado, el cine venezolano pasa por momentos difíciles en extremo, la posibilidad de obtener un financiamiento del estado es prácticamente improbable, lo que aleja aún más la posibilidad de llevar a Venezuela y al mundo está situación repugnante donde el sistema se burla de los ciudadanos e irrespeta la declaración del Padre de la Patria cuando expresó: “La Justicia es la reina de las virtudes Republicanas”. El cine venezolano, además, ha sido infiltrado por intereses políticos e ideológicos que impiden el desarrollo de la libre creatividad y por ende avanzamos hacia el despeñadero en este sentido. Seguramente este documental pueda ser considerado como: “contrario a los intereses de la patria…”
Idea cinematográfica del Proyecto Documental.
“Hacer un viaje a través del sistema de justicia penal de Venezuela, para conocer sus procesos, y la afectación o apoyo que pueda estar dando al ciudadano conocido como víctima indirecta”.
El hilo conductor lo constituye la historia que ha transitado un padre cuyo hijo fue asesinado de manera extraña, parte de su peregrinación por el laberinto de la justicia (El Viaje del héroe) está documentada audiovisualmente, donde se observan los reclamos por celeridad, firmeza, contundencia y el esclarecimiento del caso, y las respuestas a sus solicitudes y exigencias. El protagonista realizó investigaciones y éstas, están también documentadas. Se pretende explorar las hipótesis sobre la causa del homicidio, una establecida por la fiscalía y la otra por el padre de la víctima a través de sus investigaciones. El documental intenta abarcar más allá de la justicia y mostrar además, las distintas acciones de calle que realizó el protagonista en su peregrinación para esclarecer el asesinato de su menor hijo, y descubrir a los presuntos autores intelectuales”.
Planteado lo anterior, acudo a financistas, patrocinios, productoras de cine, equipos independientes de producción cinematográfica, Emisoras de radio, programas de Tv para propósito de divulgación y promoción, y/o cualquier persona, empresas e instituciones que puedan aportar insumos y recursos para apoyar en una producción cinematográfica: Catering (alimentos), equipos de cine: cámaras, equipos de sonido, vehículos, motocicletas, apoyo personal, etc., con el objeto de avanzar hacia el cumplimiento de mi sueño y que también, y con mucha seguridad, es el sueño de muchos compatriotas que han sido vejados y humillados por los distintos funcionarios del aparato de justicia de Venezuela: Fiscalías, Tribunales Penales, Dirección Ejecutiva de la Magistratura, Defensoría del Pueblo, Ministerio de Justicia, Policía Nacional Bolivariana, Guardia Nacional, Componentes del Ejército venezolano, además, profesionales en el libre ejercicio del derecho penal.
Manejaremos una estrategia de difusión y divulgación nacional e internacional: presentación en festivales internacionales, proyección en las salas de cine, realización de videos foros y muy probablemente comercialización en televisión.
El Presupuesto aproximado es de 100.000,00 dólares Usd, para cubrir las etapas de: Desarrollo, Preproducción, Producción, Post Producción, Promoción, Divulgación y Difusión. Este presupuesto está dentro de los límites internacionales de producciones en países como: Colombia y Argentina entre otros.
En caso de interesarse como un aliado financiero o de recursos y de ética del proyecto, ofrezco la posibilidad que se beneficie de alguna manera: financiera y económicamente, de prestigio, ganancia curricular o de otros aspectos, si los distintos compromisos nacionales e internacionales por definirse en etapas posteriores, llegasen a dar beneficios para el proyecto.

To make this seventy
(70) minute film I have proposed to bring together good professionals of
Venezuelan cinema: technicians and talents.
It is a film that
reflects on the world of justice, talks about the human condition of indirect
victims, the intentional passage of time, the fight against their adversity,
which gives voice to the oppressed and abused indirect victims, in short, it
shows a hidden reality from an ethical commitment.
On the other hand,
Venezuelan cinema goes through extremely difficult times, the possibility of
obtaining state financing is practically unlikely, which further distances the
possibility of bringing Venezuela and the world this disgusting situation where
the system makes fun of the citizens and disrespect the declaration of the
Father of the Nation when he said: "Justice is the queen of Republican
virtues." Venezuelan cinema, moreover, has been infiltrated by political
and ideological interests that impede the development of free creativity and
therefore we are moving towards the cliff in this sense. Surely this
documentary can be considered as: "contrary to the interests of the
country ...".
Cinematographic
idea of the Documentary Project.
"Take
a trip through the criminal justice system of Venezuela, to learn about its
processes, and the impact or support that it may be giving to the citizen known
as an indirect victim."
The
common thread is the story that a father whose son was murdered in a strange
way has gone through, part of his pilgrimage through the labyrinth of justice
(The Hero's Journey) is audiovisual documented, where claims for speed,
firmness, forcefulness and clarification of the case, and the responses to
their requests and demands. The protagonist carried out investigations and
these are also documented. It is intended to explore the hypotheses about the
cause of the homicide, one established by the prosecution and the other by the
father of the victim through their investigations. The documentary tries to go
beyond justice and also show the different street actions that the protagonist
carried out on his pilgrimage to clarify the murder of his youngest son, and
discover the alleged intellectual authors ”.
With the above stated, I go to financiers sponsorships, film production companies, independent film production teams, Radio stations, TV programs for dissemination and promotion purposes, and/ or any person, companies and institutions that can provide inputs andresources to support a film production: Catering (food), film equipment : cameras,

advance towards the fulfillment of my dream and that also, and with great
security, is the dream of many compatriots who have been humiliated and
humiliated by the different officials of the Venezuelan justice apparatus:
Prosecutors, Criminal Courts, Executive Directorate of the Magistracy,
Ombudsman's Office, Ministry of Justice, Bolivarian National Police, National
