PROYECTO DOCUMENTAL DIRIGIDO A LAS ORGANIZACIONES DE DERECHOS HUMANOS EN VENEZUELA Y DEL MUNDO. Versiones en Español e Inglés.

Es importante que organizaciones venezolanas como Cofavic y Provea, ambas dedicadas al tema de los derechos humanos en Venezuela, así como las organizaciones internacionales conozcan del proyecto documental para cine y televisión titulado “Tras las Huellas de la Justicia”.

Este proyecto documental nace en vista de la irresponsable, inepta, indolente e inhumana participación de los distintos entes del estado venezolano en la aplicación de justicia a los delincuentes asesinos en sus distintas modalidades: violación, homicidio, robo, tráfico de drogas, entre otras. Se fundamenta en un caso como representante de miles de casos mal atendidos, irresponsablemente atendidos, provocando en las víctimas indirectas afectadas, toda clase de atropellos lo que se constituye como una violación de sus derechos humanos.

Básicamente la película documental muestra como sinopsis:

“El extraño asesinato de un joven venezolano, impulsa  a su señor padre a realizar un conjunto de acciones de protestas públicas e investigaciones personales, que lo llevan inclusive a exponer su vida, para lograr una respuesta eficaz y habilitar una nueva investigación que puede sacar a la luz a posibles autores intelectuales, experimentando además, como víctima indirecta, por lo que tiene que pasar un ciudadano en Venezuela que busca justicia y no la encuentra”.

Un protagonista olvidado: La Víctima Indirecta.

Adicionalmente la película documental intentará:

Hacer un viaje a través del sistema de justicia penal de Venezuela, para conocer sus  procesos, y la afectación o apoyo que pueda estar dando al ciudadano conocido como víctima indirecta.

El documental plasmará el resultado de las distintas investigaciones; procesos judiciales, actuales, si son eficaces y eficientes, ¿beneficios para la colectividad?, ¿cómo gerencia un juez?, entrevistas a magistrados, jueces, fiscales del ministerio público, víctimas indirectas, entre otras. Existe ya un material de apoyo documental producto de la investigación y por no contar con los elementos criminalísticos del momento, se pretende ficcionar eventos que ocurrieron y que darán “vida” al documental.

Planteado lo anterior, acudo a financistas, patrocinios, productoras de cine, equipos independientes de producción cinematográfica, Emisoras de radio, programas de Tv para propósito de divulgación y promoción, y/o  cualquier persona, empresas e instituciones que puedan aportar insumos y recursos para apoyar en una producción cinematográfica: Catering (alimentos), equipos de cine: cámaras, equipos de sonido, vehículos, motocicletas, apoyo personal, etc., con el objeto de avanzar hacia el cumplimiento de mi sueño y que también, y con mucha seguridad, es el sueño de muchos compatriotas que han sido vejados y humillados por los distintos funcionarios del aparato de justicia de Venezuela: Fiscalías, Tribunales Penales, Dirección Ejecutiva de la Magistratura, Defensoría del Pueblo, Ministerio de Justicia, Policía Nacional Bolivariana, Guardia Nacional, Componentes del Ejército venezolano, además, profesionales en el libre ejercicio del derecho penal.

DOCUMENTARY PROJECT AIMED AT HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS IN VENEZUELA

 AND THE WORLD.

It is important that Venezuelan organizations such as Cofavic and Provea, both dedicated to the issue of human rights in Venezuela, as well as international organizations are aware of the documentary project for film and television entitled "Behind the Footprints of Justice."

This documentary project was born in view of the irresponsible, inept, indolent and inhumane

participation of the different entities of the Venezuelan state in the application of justice to 

murderous criminals in its different modalities: rape, homicide, robbery, drug trafficking, among

others. It is based on a case as a representative of thousands of poorly attended, irresponsibly

attended cases, provoking in the indirect victims affected, all kinds of abuses, which 

constitutes a violation of their human rights.

Basically the documentary film shows as a synopsis:

“The strange murder of a young Venezuelan prompts his father to carry out a series of actions 
of public protests and personal investigations, which even lead him to expose his life, in order 
to achieve an effective response and enable a new investigation that can lead 
to the light to possible intellectual authors, also experiencing, as an indirect victim,
 what a citizen in Venezuela has to go through who seeks justice and cannot find 
it ”.
A forgotten protagonist: The Indirect Victim.

Additionally, the documentary film will try to:

Take a trip through the Venezuelan criminal justice system, to learn about its processes, and

 the impact or support that it may be giving to the citizen known as an indirect victim.

The documentary will capture the results of the different investigations; Current judicial 

processes, if they are effective and efficient, benefits for the community? How does a judge

 manage? Interviews with magistrates, judges, public prosecutors, indirect victims, among

 others. There is already a documentary support material as a result of the investigation and 

because it does not have the criminalistic elements of the moment, it is intended to fictionalize

 events that occurred and that will give "life" to the documentary.

With the above stated, I go to financiers, sponsorships, film producers, independent film 

production teams, radio stations, TV programs for the purpose of dissemination and promotion,

 and / or any person, companies and institutions that can provide inputs and resources for

 support in a cinematographic production: Catering (food), cinema equipment: cameras, sound

 equipment, vehicles, motorcycles, personal support, etc., in order to advance towards the 

fulfillment of my dream and that also, and with great security , is the dream of many compatriots

 who have been harassed and humiliated by the different officials of the Venezuelan justice

 system: Prosecutors, Criminal Courts, Executive Directorate of the Magistracy, Ombudsman's

 Office, Ministry of Justice, Bolivarian National Police, National Guard, Components of the 

Venezuelan Army, in addition, professionals in the free exercise of criminal law.
